How to enable floating dock on you Honor 7X smartphone

The Honor 7X is one of the top selling budget smartphones as of now. With its good hardware specification, the smartphone gives a smooth performance, nice camera, and a good value for the money. Earlier, We already posted the complete review of this smartphone (honor 7x Complete review).

The smartphone comes with the EMUI which has much more customization features on it. One of the options is floating dock, that holds your navigation buttons on the screen. You can make use of this Floating keys if you feel like bored or inconvenience using the navigation key at the bottom of the screen. Being able to place these controls anywhere can make the Honor 7X significantly easier to use, and it only takes a few steps to enable.

How to activate the floating dock

1. Open the Settings on your smartphone.
2. Scroll down, you will see an option called smart assistance. just tap on Smart assistance.
3. Tap Floating dock option.
4. Now Tap the switch to enable the floating dock.

Even you can enable and disable the floating dock option from the home screen by drag the screen from the top and click on the floating dock option in it.

That’s it! Tapping the floating dock presents you with five options; back, home, recent apps, locking the display, and the Clean Up the recently used apps. You can long press the floating dock icon to move it anywhere on the screen — it’ll attach to the closest edge of the display automatically.
